Symptoms Floating Hernia

5 books that have marked my maternity

The first book that gave a twist to my relationship with my son was How to multiply your baby's intelligence of Glenn and Janet Doman , I read just after Your son is a genius of Tony Buzan, the two recommended by my brother. Side effects of these readings were this blog and schooling.

Via early stimulation got to Natural Parenting and read the classic Besame Mucho , pediatrician Carlos González. Finally someone put black on white what I already knew by intuition, instinct and, above all, common sense. It's a must-read .

Then came Neill, Holt and Gatto . Amazing. Like everything in Laura Gutman and Rodrigáñez Casilda.

The Natural Child of Jan Hunt is the English equivalent to Besame Mucho. Balsamic introductoriay reading.

Soon, Faber and Mazlish arrived with his Parents released, freed children and more practical then How to talk so kids listen & listen so kids talk .

And last but not least, the Big book of unschooling of Sandra Dodd. Parents should read all of the world, even those schooled.

Grandfather And Granddaughter Wedding Songs

Carnival blogs:

This week we make it easy: we simply have to recommend some books on parenting and education . Not many, only that you consider essential, essential, that you have changed the lives ... (it occurs to me that five is a good figure).

Dummy books, yes or no? - III edition of carnival of education blogs conscious and respectful parenting Small

seems that the issue of a pacifier does not motivate a lot of mothers blogging: participation in the blog carnival has plummeted.
If someone else is encouraged to share their opinion (or if you already have an article published on the subject, albeit old) do not hesitate to send them to me to add it to the list of links.

Hide Certain Wall Messages

shopaholics

I do not know if it depends character or is a phase that all-or almost all children have to spend but at some now, it seems that they are turning into shopaholics small . Suddenly always some or other, they begin to ask for them to buy things: sweets, toys and even clothing .

For mothers, there arises dilemma: On one hand, we do not encourage indiscriminate consumerism. Furthermore, we do not want to be always saying no and we do not always end up talking about money. "This is very expensive" or "I have enough money," claims our children programmed into a sense of scarcity. Do we want to grow up thinking that everything is very expensive, that money is very difficult to achieve and they will never have enough?

To avoid the anxiety and tension in those moments when the kids get to ask, is a very effective alternative: mental wish list . Is to make a mental list of things the child asks. My son and I often went into toy stores, sweets or anything else to see what is and choose things to put on our list. Over time, many of the things I had asked disappear from the list. Those that remain are the ones that ended up buying at some point.

Why
a mental list? Because if you write will be more difficult things are disappearing and that, in reading the list, the child will remember all that has been asking for and will reaffirm its desire to buy.

Do you have other solutions to requests for purchases?

Average Bmi In Women In India

Carnival posts: Dummy, yes or no? Educate

Is it good for children to use pacifiers? Is it harmful? Should we set limits? Will it remove a certain age? How can we remove it if the child does not want? Is it possible to raise a child without a pacifier?

I throw these questions, but you know that you can approach the subject as you want, while talk of dummies ;-)

can send your contributions, as always,

Coin Pusher Game Online

unpunished - II edition of carnival of education blogs conscious and respectful parenting blogs Carnival

know perfectly well that you can paste a child and get them to obey. But I am not mistaken it for a moment. I know that every time I hit him , also I'm teaching: 'When you're angry, strike! ".
Unfortunately, I have never met a child stick to it and got it to be a loving human being.
Words can cut like knives. Some even can leave permanent scars. And so without insulting the fury is the only civilized alternative to us is against the dehumanizing methods. And we do not have all the answers. The search for new more humane way to express the ancient and powerful emotion of anger is a lifelong task.

Child immerses us in a sea of \u200b\u200bdarkness, we are thrown into exile, away from the world where interesting things happen, we lose what we train we assumed it was real life. The social world disappear, time, conversations between adults, money, autonomy, freedom, finally, disappear ocmo individuals valued by others.
love our babies, but we want to escape hell. We raise them with love, but we need desperately to be ourselves again. Our "I" has been lost in diapers.

African Americans Ringworm

How the washer

I have always believed that the best way (or the only, perhaps) that work with children chores is making them see you happy, let them help when they want and also leave them alone when they want.

But like everything, chores also require a learning process and for patience from parents. Some time ago I saw a post from Sandy about how to help children learn to put the machine through a "visual lesson."

How it works

Each week, I will propose a topic related to education and raising awareness. At the end of the week, I will publish the collection of all the links you've sent.

What if I have no blog?

If you do not have a blog but want to participate, you can type the entry and send it to someone else blog for you to publish it (the other blog can also this if you have no choice).
